“Never go there(This Hotel)”

“Never go to this hotel.
First of all, the staff are stupid and unfriendly.
1. First of all, I have already made the payment using the Agoda app.
2. Nevertheless, the counter staff asked for a card and gave it to me, but I made a double payment.
3. Even though I did not sign the payment form, the approval came automatically.
Isn’t this against the law? Even though I didn’t sign after seeing the payment sheet.
I had my card approved twice.
4. When I requested to cancel the approval, they said that their hotel does not have such a thing.
In general, it is an international practice that an incorrect card payment authorization is immediately revoked.
5. They say they will transfer money to my card account, but there is no place in Korea where you can receive money transfers using this card. To date, I have not received a reply from the Korean credit card company saying I have received a refund.
They said they would transfer it to my account, but if I wanted to receive an overseas remittance from France, they said it would not be possible because of the complicated procedures, so there was no other way.
Rather, it makes me irritated.
6. Instead of truly reflecting on their double payment mistake, they just roughly apologize.
7. Also, due to a mistake on the part of the hotel, I made international calls and contacts to Korea for over 2 hours over 2 days during the refund process, but I did not receive any compensation.
8. The hotel manager is a man who tells me to do whatever I want (rather, he gets angry and is very unfriendly and rude).
9. Asian people in particular should never go any further. There is too much of a tendency to ignore people who don’t speak French.
10. It was truly the worst hotel of my life.
11. As I write this, 3 days have passed since payment, and I have not yet received any refund from the credit card company.
