“I arrived at 5pm, an hour after the check-in time, and the room wasn’t ready even at 6pm, so I canceled. The staff’s only response was to say they were sorry, and they did not give me an answer as to when preparations would end, and I requested cancellation. Even if the opportunity comes again, I won’t choose it.”
