“Wonderful experience “

“We stayed here for one night in a family room with our 6-year-old child, and it was a truly lovely experience. The property, while set in the countryside, was impressively clean and well-maintained. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we felt relaxed from the moment we arrived.

Before checking in, we joined the winery tour, which was a small group experience—just our family and one other group. The staff member leading the tour was incredibly friendly and gave a very informative and engaging explanation about the winery. It was one of the highlights of our stay.

Every staff member we encountered at the resort was warm and welcoming, which made us feel very well taken care of.

If there’s one area for improvement, it would be the dinner at the on-site restaurant—the quality of the food didn’t quite meet our expectations. However, the breakfast the next morning was excellent and made up for it.

To be honest, I normally don’t leave reviews, but before visiting, I saw some very negative ones on Agoda that made me a bit nervous. That’s why I wanted to share our experience—this hotel far exceeded our expectations and was a wonderful start to our journey through Val d’Orcia. Thank you for the great memories!”
