밀라노 /밀란은 가족, 친구, 연인과 함께 모두 만족할 수 있는 여행지예요.

“Good apartment, but…..”
“Full information should have been given at least a week prior to check-in. For example, how to access the apartment, main gate, building door and the apartment, how to park a car…, but it wasn’t done, even on check-in date. So, we needed to phone in-person at the front of apartment. How inconvenient it was ? It was not easy to connect by phone. Though we connected, we were supposed to do on-line check-in. What if we were not use internet ? Too many questions, instruction, even selfie… Totally, unpleasant experience.”

“깨끗한 숙소, 친절하지 않은 안내”
“오후 9시까지 리셉션을 운영하는데 리셉션 접근방법에 대해 하나도 알려주지 않아 어두워져 도착해서 당황스러웠어요 생각지도 못했던 시커먼 것이 벨이었더라구요 문앞에 친절하게 설명을 좀해주던가 아고다채팅에서 안내를 해주던가 좀더 친절하면 좋겠네요 안에서 다른 숙박객들이 나올때까지 헤매다가 겨우 들어갔어요ㅜ”

“Unpleasant experience with on-line check-in. It should have been requested earlier than check-in date. It is a sort of dump their works to guests, without operations of front desk. On-line check-in with so many questions, selfie, payment of city tax, parking fee by on-line payment. There were a number of works we had to do in front of apartment with fatigue of long journey and jet lag. “
