“The room option I had booked on the Agoda site was different from the room option that had been sent to the hotel. The hotel had done nothing wrong, but on-site, only I and the hotel staff tried to resolve the issue, and Agoda, the party in question, had limited access to the customer service center. Even then, it was only through chat, and in the end, the room that corresponded to the room option I had originally booked was not available. They wanted to end it by giving me Agoda points, but several hours of my precious travel time had already been wasted.”
